Single implants and bridges are quoted individually after we see your X-ray, because the number of implants, any bone grafting and the type of crown all change the price.

Why are implants cheaper in Turkey?
Lower clinic running costs, staff wages and laboratory prices in Turkey mean the same procedure costs less to deliver. It does not mean cutting corners: the biggest factors in implant success are the dentist's experience, careful planning and good hygiene afterwards – which is why we plan every case from a 3D scan.

At Dent KM, All-on-4 starts from £2,635 per arch including the prosthesis, so a full mouth (upper and lower) starts from about twice that. Your exact price is confirmed in writing after we see your X-ray.
Usually two. The first trip (1–3 days) is for implant placement and, for full-arch cases, fixed temporary teeth. The second trip, about 3 months later, is for your final teeth.
Often, yes. Techniques such as All-on-4, with angled rear implants, can avoid bone grafting in many cases. The dentist will tell you honestly after reviewing your X-ray or 3D scan.
Implant placement is done under local anaesthesia, so you should not feel pain during the procedure. Swelling and discomfort for a few days afterwards are normal and are managed with standard pain relief.
With good oral hygiene, no smoking and regular check-ups, implants can last for many years and often decades. The teeth on top may need maintenance or replacement over time.

For a Hollywood Smile, usually 4–7 days. For dental implants, All-on-4 and All-on-6, the first visit takes 1–3 days, then a short second visit around 3 months later for your final teeth. Your hotel is included for the length of your treatment.
For All-on-4 and All-on-6 you return to Kusadasi once the implants have healed, usually about 3 months after surgery. The dentist checks healing, takes the impressions or scan for your final teeth and fits them, which takes a few days; hotel and transfers are arranged by your coordinator as on the first visit, and the exact dates and what is included are written in your treatment plan. Between visits your coordinator stays in touch on WhatsApp, and we recommend a check-up with your own dentist at home.
